About Us

Pure Integrity is a Malaysian-based technical services company specializing in the areas of Asset Integrity and Reliability, Asset Management, Process Safety and Facility Management. We provide a range of services for various industries including oil and gas, power, palm-oleo, process and manufacturing. We serve small as well as large multinational companies globally, from Americas, Europe and Asia.

We pride ourselves in ensuring our clients’ design, pre-commissioning, operations and maintenance activities are safeguarded against exposure to major hazardous events, unplanned downtime and poor reliability. This is done through our assurance services and consultancy.

We bring experience from major oil and gas players to deliver effective and practical solutions in maintaining equipment integrity as well as executing process safety programs. Our skill in the field of operations, maintenance and engineering enables us to identify gaps and opportunities, assist in creating solutions and improve a site’s safety, integrity and reliability standards.

The founders of Pure Integrity are experts in their engineering discipline having worked with major oil and gas companies and consultancies. They have experience in engineering, projects, technical safety, maintenance and operations.

Management Team

Johan Kamaruzzaman

Managing Director

Johan is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. He brings decades of experience in Operations, Process, and Risk/Process Safety to the table. He holds certification as a Functional Safety Engineer (Safety Instrumented Systems) from TUV Rheinland. Johan's expertise lies in conducting risk assessments and leading various safety projects, including HAZOP, LOPA, HAZID, and SIL studies. He has a vast portfolio of delivering successful risk and safety projects across regions such as NCS, UKCS, Offshore West Africa, Brazil, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Australasia.

Dr Khairil Osman

Operations Director

Dr. Khairil Osman, with a PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton, possesses decades worth of experience in Instrumentation and Control, as well as Maintenance and Reliability Management. He is a TUV certified Functional Safety Engineer, was previously a Shell certified Instrumented Protective Function (IPF) facilitator and sat on SIRIM’s workgroup for Malaysia’s MS 61508/61511 Functional Safety System standards. Throughout his previous roles, he has successfully led teams comprising diverse disciplines and actively participated in the execution of maintenance activities, management of contractors, cost control measures, contract administration, audits, and the implementation of asset integrity and reliability programs.
